Cancellation Policy:

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment start time. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of the total service price for late cancellations and 50% for no call/no shows. If you are a client who has a recurring agreement, 100% of your service will be charged for no shows.

 

Cancellations can be made via phone, voice message, text message or e-mail. If you believe you should not be charged, please notify me as soon as possible to resolve the fee.
